How does AIMS differ from the many discount outlets I see on the internet?
AIMS is a full service cleaning equipment distributor for several industry leading manufacturers. We strive to take a well-rounded approach to servicing our clients. While we understand that price is very important, we also seek to educate our customer and help them to make the right choice. We also service what we sell and can handle warranty issues should they arise. We carry rental and loaner equipment to guarantee that our customer can complete their projects, even while their own equipment is in need of attention.

How large of a geographic area does your company service?
AIMS sell parts, supplies and chemical products throughout the United States. Generally speaking, machine sales are handled within a radius of about 2 hours commute from our Southern New Jersey headquarters. This is because we attempt to sell to those clients that we can easily assist after the sale (maintenance, repairs, etc.). However, certain considerations can be made for those buyers who may feel more comfortable in maintaining their own equipment.

I am looking for a specific machine, part or chemical on your site and can't locate it, what should I do?
Please call or email us! Because of the immense number of products that exist, it is nearly impossible to list all of our products on line. We encourage you to contact us and request exactly what you need. We will be happy to assist you with product information and pricing as quickly as possible.

I need maintenance on a machine that I purchased over the internet. Can you service it for me?
We service ALL makes and models with few exceptions. Our ability to repair or service a machine largely depends upon the make and model of the machine, itself. We are an authorized service center for several equipment manufacturers and catalog/internet wholesalers. Upon contacting us, we will ask you for specific information that will allow us to quickly determine whether or not we can assist you.

If my machine fails and requires parts, repairs or both, how can you help me?
Notify us as quickly as possible. We will attempt to diagnose your issue over the phone. We can also dispatch a mechanic to your location (fees will be explained at the time of your request) to attempt repairs on site, or we can repair it at our facility. If specialty parts are required but not available, we will expedite the ordering process. Until repairs are complete, AIMS can offer you a suitable rental machine to enable you to complete your cleaning project.

Many of the pressure washers I have seen offered by home centers and hardware stores are far less money to purchase than the ones you carry. Why is that?
Depending upon your application, a machine commonly offered by discounts outlet or "box stores" may or may not suffice. That is why it is crucial for you to consider all of the important factors that go into making the right decision when purchasing a pressure washer. Machines that are typically available in hardware type establishments are not intended for the rigors of a commercial environment or daily usage. In addition, the parts that comprise these machines are not as easily replaced as those found on contractor-caliber machines. AIMS only carries "commercial/industrial" grade machines manufactured by some of the industry's most respected companies and engineered for serious cleaning applications. We are able to show the end-user the vast differences that separate the "consumer" level brand machines from the professional models.

If I want to modify a machine that I read about on your website to my own specifications, can you assist me?
In many cases, the manufacturers we represent can custom build a unit to your specifications. However, if it is a minor modification, this can be done at our facility or by the end user with our assistance over the phone or email. Just contact us with your specifications and let us help get the machine you are looking for.
