| Description | This series offers a self-contained unit that is easily portable due to a four wheel kit of pneumatic tires on standard dish wheels. Flow output on the 41 series Direct Drive ranges from 3.5 to 5 GPM, and 2500 to 3500 PSI. Standard features include a roll cage frame, down-stream chemical injection, a 12V ignition system, and a variable pressure wand. |
| Features | Heat Chamber: The vertical heat chamber is constructed from stainless steel It is covered by a stainless steel heat shield. We use schedule 80 steel pipe. Trigger Gun: General YG 5000 rated for 10 gpm @ 5000 PSI 320 degree max. The trigger is equipped with a safety lock out system and features an easy pull trigger system for operator comfort. Variable Pressure Wand: 36 Zinc plated variable pressure wand with a polymer handle for operator safety and comfort allows the user to control the pressure of the spray and also apply soap under low pressure. Burner: 12 volt Beckett Burner with water separating fuel filter Nozzles: Color coded quick coupled nozzles 0, 15, 25, 40 degree spray patterns for various cleaning needs. Also a soap nozzle for low pressure soap application. Pump Drive: 9 & 13 hp Honda Gas Engine, (electric start on 13 hp ONLY). High Pressure Pump: Direct drive AR North America Pump Unloader Valve: This unloader is set to maximum machine operating pressure and will operate in conjunction with the single trigger gun to give safe operation of the equipment to start and stop the water flow from the nozzle. Chassis: The chassis is built with 11 gauge steel. It is powdered coated which gives the machine a durable automotive finish. Control Panel: Easy to understand controls make the AaLadin simple to use and safe to operate. Portability: Four 13 pneumatic tires make this machine easy to maneuver.
