| Description | The SS Series pressure washer provides the solution for when electricity is not available and high power cleaning is needed. The commercial duty gas or diesel engine provides the power to both the pump and the diesel fired burner, for hot water, high pressure cleaning at remote sites. The rugged frame can be trailer mounted or can be rolled through a 30" doorway with its optional wheel kit. An invaluable power washer for property management companies, contractors, farmers, mechanics, or anyone who requires a mobile solution to dirt, grease, and grime. |

Stainless Steel Control Panel: Not just decorative flashes, these rugged and durable stainless steel panels offer lifetime corrosion resistance and protection of your valuable investment from the harshest environments. Keeps your machine looking like new for years to come. Quick connects provide easy removal for full access to all major components and the ultimate in serviceability. Lighted burner rocker switch, panel mounted thermostat, and spray nozzles are easily accessible.
Trigger Gun: Standard industrial grade trigger gun and a 48” wand with molded grip.
Pressure Hose: 50’ of 3/8” pressure hose.
Burner: Sophisticated 12V Beckett burner system transforms available power from system to fire the diesel burner. This efficient burner system offers an economical alternative to provide maximum burner performance. No outside power source is required.
Fuel Tanks: 8 gal. gasoline and diesel Heavy Duty “roto-molded” rust free fuel tanks with fuel filter to protect against contaminated fuel. Extended run time (up to 8 hrs.) eliminates interruptions.
Temp Control: Panel mounted adjustable, (250°).
Nozzles: Color coded quick coupled nozzles 0°, 15°, & 25° (steam), spray patterns for various cleaning needs.
Soap Application: High pressure soap through metering valve.
Pump Drive: 9 to 21 hp Gas or Diesel Engines, (Honda, Vanguard, Kohler, Yanmar & Kubota), electric start, (except on the 9 hp).
High Pressure Pump: Direct or Gear Belt driven “CAT”, “General” and “AR North America” pumps. These industrial triplex plunger pumps will give you hours of reliability and performance. High torque “no slip” gear belt and low RPM drive allow for cooler, quieter, and continuous duty.
Pump Unloader Valve: Flow sensitive unloader provides the ultimate in operator safety and control- eliminating “pressure spikes” and gun “recoil”. Incorporating superior system design, this premier unloader protects the entire system from trapped pressure- increasing the reliability of the machine, and maximizing life of associated components like trigger guns, pumps, engine, hoses and all wear items. This unloader is set to maximum machine operating pressure and will operate in conjunction with the single trigger gun to give safe operation of the equipment to start and stop the water flow from the nozzle.
Frame: Rugged “Pro-tect-it” frame the ultimate in protection. Hydro Tek’s unique “Pro-tect-it” frame of 1¼”, heavy gauge steel, with durable electro statically applied powder coat finish. The built-in lifting eyes give you greater flexibility and protection when moving the system. Compact: Fits through 30” door with wheel kit.
